Biography

Having moved to a small farming village in Japan to teach English in 1993, I now live in Tokyo working as a translator for a non-profit Buddhist association. My friends and family wonder what's gotten into me that I should count knitting and sewing among my hobbies, but I say that's the spice of life. I hope to continue adding to my repertoire of interests; who knows, maybe someday I'll learn to cook!
